Design and Implement Business Model for greater effectiveness and sustainability across internal systems, programs, communications, and revenue. Board and ED meet monthly, Staff weekly, to review benchmarks. Quantitative analysis of finances and participation stats. Qualitative: surveys and focus groups with key stakeholders. 2: Increase Engagement and Outreach to better connect with and serve a more diverse population from around the region in both our space and programming. Quantitative: participation stats, number of outreach activities and partnerships, digital engagement stats. Qualitative: surveys, committee work, and one-on-one and small group interviews with key stakeholders.
