ACHF Arts Access
By providing accessible community music programming, RPM will enhance the social, civic, and economic vibrancy of the City of Rochester. The outcome will be evaluated via quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in RPM's annual action plan. Qualitative evaluation tools will include community and audience surveys, focus group feedback, and volunteer, board, and staff assessments.
