Patron engagement is tracked through CRM data (ticket sales, donations, new or returning); school surveys, artist and volunteer feedback are all valued in decision-making. 2: Northern Minnesota audiences feel welcome and included in the art form of opera. Attendance details track accessibility and participation. Surveys and participant feedback help measure engagement and participation.
