Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our community in North Minneapolis/Twin Cities will participate, engage with, or otherwise be impacted by our place-based art and development work. Track participation from the community in programs and track relationships regionally. 2: Increase the number of youths of color who are employed and/or in school, fully participating in our state's creative economy to the extent they wish. Track youth participation numbers; youth self-reporting on surveys; number of adult artists employed; number of client projects & amount earned; total wages paid to young people; number of youth placed in internships, college and career placements.
