Solidify the PCA as a collaborative center of artistic activity that is also economically sustainable. Donor data base tracking, financial reports, surveys, observation. Interviews and audience question and answer outcomes. 2: Offer high quality arts education opportunities for people of all ages, and backgrounds, with a special focus on the youth and elderly. Attendance, data base, number of participating teaching artists, surveys for students and teaching artists, observation, end of session culminating event reflection.
