Appropriation Language

$399,000 the second year is from the trust fund to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota, St. Anthony Falls Laboratory, to investigate the use of hyperspectral microscopic imaging to detect harmful algal bloom (HAB) species and toxicity levels in Minnesota lakes that will support the development of HAB early-warning remote sensing tools. This appropriation is subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 116P.10, and is available until June 30, 2028, by which time the project must be completed and final products delivered.
