Measurable Outcome(s)

All the targets were achieved. One that proved to be a challenge was the Short Term Progress Indicator #2: "Conversations with individuals or a group to discuss their reasons for moving to Fridley." Steve felt that it was vital that we include the voices of newer arrivals to Fridley as we work on the project, and the demographics of Fridley show that the city has many, many newer arrivals. It was difficult, however, to actually find ones who would commit to an informal conversation with Steve. He did have some of those conversations, but we know we need to have more as the project continues.
