Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Greenway visitation change (measured thorugh visitation counts), with a focus on use by indigenous and other underserved communities.
2. Visitor satisfaction with the Dakota Homeland frames among all audiences (measured through a project performance survey conducted post-installation).
3. The growth and success of the tribal partnerships involved with delivering the frames and other/future interpretive projects (measured qualitatively).
4. On-time and on-budget project delivery (measured through project management data post-construction).

Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Visitation counts are still pending. 2. Surveys are still underway but response has been positive. 3. Partnerships with four federally recognized tribes are still in effect. 4. Design and installation of 10 nodes or interpretive waysides along the greenway in Dakota County. Each node or wayside included a wood and metal circular "Frame" with interpretation connecting visitors to Dakota stories of the river corridor.
