Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We must secure new monies to pay the yearly insurance and utilities. We will write grants. We have sought donations from Super One, We will raise membership costs, have installed new locks, and established a building board with representation of the three groups. We will continue our group art exhibits, classes, and summer open houses as usual to help raise dollars. The Senior Workshop, used almost daily, will create and repair more wood items. The Woodcarvers meet weekly on Wednesdays. Regarding our insurance and utilities issues, we will be more vigilant and seek a monthly financial report from the board that contains a member from each group. We must seek new monies to replace that which has been lost. We have a new artist who wants to teach beginner art classes twice a month. Another new member has used art in the medical arena. We wish to continue to be inclusive and increase opportunities in our community for all ages, all nationalities, and levels of art expertise.
