Project Details

Gunflint Trail Artist in Residence Program-Project will fund three residencies of 10 days to three weeks and will include community presentations.

-To provide a quality experience so that the artist can practice their craft and leave a lasting impact on the community through their art and presentation of their work. Measurable Outcomes: -Artist rates the residence at least 8 out of a possible 10 in written evaluation -Community gathering or artist display that will attract the local community with at least 50 in attendance -Artist has the ability to display and sell their art at local gallery(s) - There will be a written evaluation given to the artist(s) and will also follow up with a post residency debrief session Success on the community gathering will be measured by attendance and interviews with community members following the session by our Artist in Residence committee members.
