Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The Arts and Living History Festival is a free event for people of all ages to experience the beauty of Liberty Park, browse art vendors, watch historical reenactors, listen to music, watch performances, and engage in art projects. It is a community awareness event for arts and other community organizations in Marshall and the surrounding area. The goal is to highlight these artists and organizations with the public and to engage the public with art and history. We plan to measure changes by gathering feedback from participants during and after the event. A survey will be conducted to ask participants what they thought of the event, what they participated in, what they liked or not liked, and so forth to help us in planning for next year. We would like to offer this event again and see it growing in the future to include more activities for attendees.
