Our goal is to select and hire a professional consultant in devising a fundraising strategy that will sustain that growth in a way that is consistent with the community-centric values our mission is based on. The consultation will leave us with a plan, language and resources to launch a fundraising campaign in late fall/ early winter that will set us up for sustained fundraising and growth.
With Clara's coaching, individual fundraising was demystified and feels less intimidating. However, after gaining a real understanding of the resources needed to effectively fundraise we are certain that additional staff will be necessary. As a result we
