Build out cadre of instructors = diversity. ; Complete parking and road improvement Complete remodel of lower level of Shed/Workshop Space Complete construction of 24 x 36 Timber Framed Pavilion for outdoor classroom and gathering space- NEW ADDITION to Grant Related activities Maintain Program Coordinator position Addition of Executive Director at .5 or 1.0 FTE 50% increase in number of participating artists/instructors In every case we will have hard, quantifiable data. One or more of the following: physical existence of the completed work, payroll records and/or board approval for positions, artist/instructor records indicating contact information, work performed, contact made.; We will be able to measure the actual tangible results relative to the objective goals identified in the 5 year plan.
