As a result of this mural project, Halstad residents, community members and visitors will get a better understanding of the artistic process, and the arts opportunities and talent within our community. Evaluation will occur through a follow-up meeting with planners, an audience questionnaire, interviews with community members and visitors, and notes related to personal observation during the mural installation process and after it has been completed.
