As a result of this project, LAMF staff and board will develop and implement a strategic planning document to ensure the viability of the organization. The completed document will have clear and concise goals, with strategies, timelines, and assignments to meet those goals. Implementation will begin in Jan. 2023 or sooner when possible and all progress and results will be documented.
