The BSO Executive Director (ED) will document how the functions of this position are accomplished, what people or roles collaborate with the ED to handle various tasks, and the timeline for successful execution of all tasks. Consequently, the BSO board will have an increased understanding of the people/roles with whom the ED collaborates to accomplish the ED's functions, the time demands of various ED functions, and the BSO's administrative capacity needs. Evaluation methods include board surveys administered in November of year 1 and 2 of funding to measure the board's understanding of the people/roles with whom the ED collaborates to accomplish the ED's functions, the time demands of various ED functions, and the BSO's administrative capacity needs.
As a result of the 1st year of CAS grant funding, and despite setbacks in securing a new ED, our desired year 1 outcome, the continued smooth administration of the BSO, has been fully achieved. Our survey revealed that the Directors of the BSO Board posse
