Our main goal is to reach a larger audience with the inspiring story of Dorothy Molter, Also, to raise awareness of the Ely area, the Dorothy Molter Museum and Ely's Historic State Theater. Our secondary goal is to become our own non-profit entity with the capability of producing a high quality theatrical experience that can be toured throughout the Arrowhead region. BottleCap Volunteer Productions is incorporating evaluation techniques at every step of the way to improve our musical so that it is impactful and meaningful to audiences and will have a long 'shelf life'. Results and feedback from surveys given to the cast and crew improve our communication in the company and address concerns. Surveys given to our audiences help us improve the script and production design for future performances. Other indications of success would be media coverage and ticket sales.
