Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of this program, student and community participants will experience and gain new technical and vocal performance knowledge of opera and musical theater skills and knowledge of the genre in their onstage participation of this production. Audiences participating in the program will gain the experience of how the arts enhance their everyday lives. Evaluation methods include participant (student and community) oral interviews and written questionnaires administered at closing of performances to measure new arts skills and techniques in performance. Audience evaluation will be spot interviews with selected performance attendees as how the arts have a impact on their view of the arts in their everyday lives.

As a result of Opera Theater performance students and the greater community experienced an educational and/or emotional change in appreciation for and growth in understanding of the arts.This growth helps students advance their knowledge in the process. T
