Wilson will write and direct a multicultural screenplay about William Shakespeare and the catalyst for the creation of his most famous works, titled Becoming Shakespeare.

Advisory Group Members and Qualifications

Ryan Duda: Duda currently serves as the development specialist for corporate relations at Hennepin Theatre Trust where he cultivates a community of philanthropists dedicated to investing in the arts. Duda also teaches at Michigan State University in the Arts and Cultural Management program, inspiring the next generation of nonprofit leaders. Previously, Duda reviewed proposals for grants distributed by Michigan Youth Arts, and he has worked as a theater artist and educator for nonprofit theater companies across the country. He holds a MA and BFA from Michigan State University.; Carolyne Hall: Hall is currently serving as company manager at the Guthrie Theater. Throughout her sixteen-year career, she has worked with Houston Grand Opera, The Glimmerglass Festival, Des Moines Metro Opera, Cincinnati Opera, and Kentucky Opera, primarily focusing on company management and artist services. She has a BA in music from Simpson College and studied arts administration on the master?s level at University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music.; Pallav Kumar: Kumar is a Minneapolis based filmmaker and animator with a focus on creative nonfiction. They have worked with multiple community based arts and engagement organizations, including More Than A Single Story (MTASS) and New City Church. Kumar has professional experience in youth mentorship and education. They graduated from Carleton College with a BA in Spanish.; Ruby Watkins: Watkins is a freelance illustrator and currently working as an assistant of sorts at Imaginality Designs, a signage company. She graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a BA in illustration and a minor in art history.; Emily Winn: Winn is the operations and development coordinator for Twin Cities Ballet, and has experience performing and teaching ballet, modern, and jazz dance. She has performed with Twin Cities Ballet, Borealis Dance, Greensboro Ballet (NC), and Ballet Savannah (GA). She holds a degree in writing and linguistics.; Erin Wojciechowski: Wojciechowski is a regular audience member of music and theater performance, with a deep personal affiliation with Duluth?s Homegrown Music Festival. She is a current instructor in the social work department at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Prior to this, she spent ten years working at various nonprofits in Duluth, focusing on the fields of domestic violence and youth services. Before her most recent work as an instructor, she served as the executive director for the nonprofit Mentor North and helped oversee administrative aspects of the organization.

will engage 6 multi-cultural performers in a 9 minute comedy revealing how Shakespeare made his works + submitted it to 10 film festivals in MN I will make a 9 minute film facetiously showing the catalyst for Shakespeare's plays. It will be submitted to 10 MN film festivals, posted on Facebook + put on UTube channels. Will be evaluated by acceptance at film festivals + audience likes online.
