More Minnesotans from underrepresented communities engage with FilmNorth programming to tell their stories in their own voice. Quantitatively, FilmNorth will measure participation levels through analysis of class, workshop, and FilmNorth Forum registrations. Qualitatively, surveys are given to all participants to measure the quality of programs and accessibility. 2: Programming at FilmNorth expands to offer deep, rich artistic development for Minnesota artists. Quantitatively, FilmNorth will track new and expanded programming for Minnesota artists and compare participation to programs in prior years. Qualitatively, surveys are given to all participants to measure the quality of programs.
There was an increase in the number of Minnesotans from underrepresented communities who engage with FilmNorth. We tracked demographics through registrations and surveys. 2: FilmNorth expanded its youth program and began development of a workforce training program. FilmNorth tracked participation through registrations and measured the quality of the programs through surveys and formal and informal discussions.
