ACHF Arts Access
We will serve a greater diversity of people across areas of race and ability and will increase representation from our surrounding neighborhood. We will track the demographic information of participants in our classes and community partnerships. We will survey participants as to what benefits they receive from Young Dance. 2: Across our programs, participants will understand ways that dance supports health and well-being. Surveys to participants and in-class reflections administered by Teaching Artists will collect data about ways dancers experience connections between dance and health and well-being.
We serve a greater diversity of people across ability, socio-economic status, and race with an increase of representation from surrounding zip-codes. We track demographic information of participants in our classes and community partnerships and survey participants as to what benefits they receive from Young Dance. 2: Participants are able to articulate and understand ways that dance supports health and well-being at developmental appropriate levels. Teaching artists administered reflection activities in class. Teaching artists reflect on their observations during class. Surveys were sent to families, but response rate was low.
