Short Term: This outcome has been met as we have detailed and comprehensive construction documents necessary to move forward with rehabilitating the Exterior Barn, Carriage House and Greenhouse.
Intermediate Term: Completing the construction documents brings us closer to meeting the intermediate outcome. We've already begun reviewing the large grant application and have had a conversation with the architect Todd Grover about how to proceed.
The Long Term outcome is still in the future. We remain good stewards of the property and are committed to seeing the project through, thanks to Legacy funding.
