The "Evening of the Arts" is an all-encompassing showcase of student talent and artwork through exhibits, demonstrations, and an evening filled with dance, poetry, music, media arts, cultural displays and theater performances!

ACHF Arts Education
1. We will increase public awareness of the importance of the arts in community engagement by drawing a minimum of 800 patrons. We will gauge our attendance count on the number of program distributed at the main door where the community enters. Volunteers will be using counters to get an accurate count. Community attendance is a key factor in our measurement of success. 2. We will increase community outreach by raising a minimum of $500 with our silent auction to help local youth experiencing housing instability. 3. We will celebrate our student population by showcasing performances and demonstrations in art, music, spoken word activities, theater snippets, photography, video productions, cultural displays and dances showcasing the cultural backgrounds of students. This celebration includes the Minnesota State Standards in the art forms of visual arts, music, theater, dance, media arts. 4. We will exhibit a minimum of 700 works of visual art.; 1.Draw 800+ patrons 2.Silent auction-help local homeless youth 3.Celebrate students-performances/demos-visual arts, music, theater, dance, literary arts 4.Exhibit 700+ works of visual arts. 1. Count the number of guests with a breakdown by age (0-14, 15- 30, 30-60, 60+); Count the number of programs handed out to represent the number of guests entering the main door. Offer patrons a survey that provides us demographic data. 2. Count the amount of dollars raised by the silent auction. 3. Count the number of individuals participating, especially with a breakdown by arts area (Vocal, Instrumental, Theater, Visual Arts, Creative Writing, Industrial Tech/Photography, Fashion w/o Fabric, Multicultural, Speech, Emcees, Student Volunteers, Adult Volunteers). 4.
