Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Enhance our technical abilities with new lighting/sound equipment. Build board teamwork with a team building workshop. Have someone on staff/board who is trained in intimacy direction. We will have a follow-up survey for intimacy director training and the board team building workshop. We will have purchased the lighting/sound equipment and used it in shows this season.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We were able to successfully purchase our lighting/sound equipment and utilize it in our following shows. Our intimacy director training led to future discussions on how to go about intimacy in shows. Our board workshop discussed our communication styles
