Our staffing exceeds what our current earned income can sustain. We hope to use the next year to implement systems that will make our administration run more efficiently and elevate our public profile. We plan to start students in study of music at a younger age and increase the proficiency and number of our students. We will increase the number of youth that we exposed to music. We will increase audiences for our Itasca Symphony Concerts We will increase participation by local musicians in the Itasca Symphony Orchestra. b. What are your measurable outcomes' Implementation of a new Sharepoint site Online payment portal New Website New Branding Increased student enrollment Increased outreach activities Student proficiency growth Number of audience member and orchestra participants There are tasks that we hope to accomplish that will have a finish date. These include implementation of a Sharepoint site, payment portal, new branding. We measure the students who participate in outreach activities. Increases in enrollment can be measured. This will include the addition of an early childhood music program. Student growth can be measured utilizing their progress reports. Audience attendance and musician participation is tracked on a concert report updated and shared with the board after each concert.
