Regional residents will experience increased access to the arts and arts activity via the presence of sculptures in our historic downtown and the Bemidji area, and be made more aware of increased public art viewing opportunities via our new marketing and publicity programs. Evaluation methods will include online surveys and personal interviews at the end of grant Year 1 and 2 to measure the effectiveness of our Board's strategic initiatives and personnel with downtown business owners and Bemidji business, governmental and organizational leaders and key influencers, and statistics from digital media administered throughout Year 1 and 2 with tourists and visitors to downtown Bemidji and visitors to Bemidji parks.
