The networking and inspiration that occurs among any and all artists as a result of the shared Red Door Studio space challenges the artists to expand their skills, explore new mediums, and make advancements in their artistic work that may result in an arts workshop or more new works of art to be exhibited at the county fair and other venues. Evaluation methods include a survey administered directly to artists that are using the Red Door Studio space. The data is based on each individual artist's assessment of their own progress and sense of accomplishment, as well as their feedback for suggested improvements.,
