Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The Good Harbor Hill Players feel the need to bring community members together in a shared creative expression of our corner of the world. Winter is a long, dark time on the north shore of Lake Superior. That can make it difficult to live here but it is also what makes us who we are. In exploring aspects of our world we hope to spark curiosity, a deeper sense of community and a commitment to stewardship of our place here. Measurable outcomes are: -Numbers of workshop participants -Numbers of Audience members -Audience and Workshop participant feedback We video the performance and review it for the purpose of evaluating overall flow of the performance, technical issues, audience reaction and visual and musical merit. We track numbers of workshop participants and audience members. We provide an email address in our program to solicit and encourage feedback. Examples from past years include: "We had a wonderful time savoring the sweet humor and fantastic music." "THANKS..the Solstice Pageant was magical and pure of spirit ?appreciate your time and efforts" "Capturing and projecting the vibrancy of this community's mix of talent and creativity, perhaps more than any other single entity or event, is the theater of the puppeteers and the music of the Good Harbor Hill Players."
