We will preserve Lyle's murals on the south wall of the Beaver House as well as two sets of panels that are currently in storage so they can be displayed in town. We also plan to preserve the upper panels of the Bally garage door, which will need to be removed before the door is replaced. It will be easy to measure the success of this project, as preparing the surfaces and covering the murals with Muralshield will only take a few days and can be documented with photos. We will know we've been successful when the murals are coated with Muralshield. We will take photos of the process as well as the finished products, and we'll submit an article about the event to the Cook County News Herald.
