Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

It is the commitment of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids and Greenway to serve young people in the community in this art project, especially youth with no previous musical experience and little access to musical entertainment and creative art activities, to increase the development of new audiences and broaden their future programming in the arts. Audience surveys, presenter feedback, and conversations with participants will help determine the quality of the program. Attendance will measure the impact of the activity and help identify and mitigate barriers to participation. Performance attendance is key to quantitative evaluation methods and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids and Greenway use digital tools to facilitate assessments through an internal database, Facebook, and Survey Monkey.
