Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

My primary goal with this album is to grow my audience by at least 50%. My secondary goal is to create a cohesive multimedia musical experience. This project is not a new idea for me, but is simply an extension of similar projects I have completed in the past. I am confident I can execute this project because I have done this previous work with the express intention of building up to this larger project. ?The Lonely' was an album that I created with a story because I knew that I wanted to eventually create a large song that told a single story with accompanying video. The skills I learned in creating that album help me understand the challenges I will encounter and strategies I will employ in this new project. Creating online video content is something I started organically in the last year, but doing that helped me develop the video editing and song production skills I needed to produce the higher quality content I intend to produce for this project. With this background, I am confident that this project is well-within my skillset and can be completed by the given deadline. The first goal will be evaluated through considering: Social media engagement. Online streaming growth. I will consider this a success if I increase my social media followers by at least 50% within the next year. That would mean gaining at least 100 followers. I will do this by posting consistent content on social media of me creating the album and of me performing cover songs. The second will be measured by tracking increase in streams. My latest album receives about 300 streams per month. My goal would be to increase that to at least 500 streams per month, which is a bit more than 50% growth. This would be a significant increase in my online following and would denote greater engagement with the Northland community and with audiences from outside the area as well.
