Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

GOALS: - To provide Lanue listeners and supporters with an option for a high quality and well designed physical vinyl copy of the latest self titled "LANUE" album. (Side note: It is really important to me as an artist that my work does not just exist in a digital realm but that there is a physical artifact in the world in which to access my work. I believe that for music, vinyl is the most lasting, malleable, and fitting option for music to exist in he physical realm). - To execute and maintain expectations for the industry standard of releasing albums (currently I've released this album only digitally, which is not industry standard) - To have a physical copy of this album available for live shows including an official album release show at the Parkway Theater in Minneapolis on October 26th, 2021 and a release show in Duluth (date and place tbd depending on if this project is funded). The vinyl distributor/manufacturer I'll be working with is a trusted company recommended to me by other musicians and artists in this line of work. Their track record proves they will be able to execute this small batch order with ease. They have been very easy to work with thus far in provided a quote and answers to my many questions. The graphic designer I've enlisted (Jordan Taylor) is an award winning designer that I've worked with on many projects in the past and who is a musician artist himself. He understands and demonstrates knowledge of the integrity of this project and will bring his best skills to the table. I think, most importantly, you can trust that I will execute this project because the album is already finished and released and the album release show is already booked. This creates multiple incentives for me to be sure that this project is seen through - this album has been very well received and there is demand for it to be available beyond the digital realm. I WILL KNOW GOALS HAVE SUCCESSFULLY BEEN MET IF: - I have 100 copies of high quality 150 gram 12" vinyl records with sleeves and jackets professionally designed - I am able to attain an industry standard of releasing this collection of songs with an option for purchasing and listening on vinyl record in physical form - I have an option for listeners, community members, and concert attendees to support my art by purchasing a physical copy of the "LANUE" record at live shows including official album release events and concerts
