Goal 1: In this work, I will to offer an avenue for individuals to develop a skillset that they can effectively continue on their own, with continued support from me. Their time will be catered to their personal goals as we discuss their interests and intentions with learning. Goal 2: In going through these mentorships with individuals, I will begin developing a mentorship offering that is repeatable, ongoing and fosters a community of those working with basketry in northern Minnesota. Measurable Outcomes: -Those who participate will continue ongoing communication as they pursue their work after the in-person time spent. -I anticipate there being more interest than I can accommodate at in this round of mentorships- a sign of success that ensures future participation as I develop this opportunity further into the future. - Participants will continue their work through the communication and resources that I will offer them as this mentorship continues. - Abundance of interested participants will be a sign of success. Feedback and debrief with participants will help guide and inform the future my mentorship work.
