Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Schubert Club serves an increased number of music enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds in Minnesota through programming and organizational change. Implement initiatives through a new strategic plan to be completed June 2022. Track audience members and museum visitors. Issue surveys to understand which programs attract patrons and why. Record new and growing community relationships and impact.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Minnesotans are more inclined to participate in the arts because arts experiences are relevant and accessible. We monitored progress and success through building community partnerships, by measuring increased diversity in audience members, board and staff. Audience demographics measured by surveys. Other measuring done internally.
