Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

New relationships with members of groups that have traditionally been underserved by the arts or by the applicant organization are built. The number of Minnesotans who are engaged in arts education and learning opportunities increases. The production manager created the survey. They will distribute the first survey via a google survey to all students at Prairie Winds Middle School. To reach all students, they will share the google survey with all advisory teachers in grades 6, 7, and 8. The advisory teachers would then upload the google survey link to their google classroom and instruct all students in their class to take the survey. By such distribution,we will be able to reach all students in grades 6, 7, and 8.They will tabulate the results using a google excel spread sheet. They will use the results to work with the proposed playwright to develop a script that was meaningful to the target population. The student response survey results would also be shared with the entire production team so that all artists hired could get gain a better understanding and perspective on our students prior to working with them. They will distribute the audience member surveys as printed paper surveys at the final performances. The audience member survey results will be tabulated by the director and the assistant director.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We used the both on-line and in person evaluation surveys for all participants in the program depending on if they received or gave online or in-person sessions to the students. The site staff also completed evaluations on both the program and the team leaders that taught the art classes.
