Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. A Board Member will be in charge of conducting the survey's at the club. They will send the survey to the skaters, families, and also offer a survey at our ice show. We will offer a free skate class drawing to anyone who returns the survey (only one winner). We will also include a QR code on our doors and in our programs so that people can scan to access the survey more easily.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Surveys were distributed as audience members entered the auditorium. Before the play began, I introduced the project, the grant, and explained the directions for the survey. The information from the survey was very useful! I will keep the surveys for future reference for Mankato Area Public Schools. The surveys indicated that 100% of audience members thoroughly enjoyed the production and they thought it was "good" or "excellent". 100% of audience members who retured the survey indicated on the survey that they would like to continue to see theatrical productions at Prairie Winds Middle School. The survey results did indicate a small percentage of indviduals needed help with transportation.
