With this project my goal is to improve and grow more and more my style and my skills. Maybe this work could be shown in the art space that the fairs of the towns like Windom, Worthington, Spenser etc. have. I would like to show my work so that both older and younger people can see them and maybe get inspired, so that some young people awaken an interest in art. I will know I have achieved my goals by having new artwork and getting feedback from people who see it.
The overall personal impact of this project was the motivation it gave me to keep on creating. I feel like I grew as a painter and artist. I challenged myself to produce more and be free feeling with the paint, I find myself being more comfortable with the process of oil painting. It gave me the courage to start selling my art and to really start to organizing myself as an artist, such as creating a website and portfolio site, and to get my name out there. I do feel that my art has reached a wider audience, a lot more people are now seeing me as an artist and recognizing me for my work.
