DEI, Racial Justice education. With the help of experts in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Anti-racism our hope is to change minds and hearts so as to shatter inappropriate biases and become a more welcoming organization of all.

ACHF Arts Access
Our goal is to have our staff and board learn together about privilege, racism, stereotypes, and implicit bias, such that we ultimately become a cultural and artistic haven for all. We could count activities planned and completed, self assessments by staff and board members, and observe changes in attitudes through conversations and actions. Some form of survey might draw out these results.
While confrontation of personal bias and racism does not offer immediate measurable outcomes; however, PCA staff have, as a group, through individual and collective discussion, increased their awareness of issues surrounding DEI and the societal impact of racial inequities. The training has helped staff to recognize their W privilege and how personal bias can impact the lives of others.
