Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Especially in the midst of the pandemic, this show has provided a touchstone for my fans during the week. It has built a community of people who can discuss all sorts of issues from depression, disability, creativity, and resilience. I am also supporting the Minnesota music community by frequently introducing different artists to my audience through this show. I have received a lot of feedback about how they can't wait to discover new artists each week because of our discussions and their performances. My goal is to continue this series through 2022 and to continue to elevate issues like disability culture and resilience through these episodes. I will know that I have succeeded when the show continues and is able to be accessible to all people through closed captioning. My measurable outcome is 52 closed-captioned shows with a growing audience. I have been doing this YouTube for 72 weeks in a row and so I expect it only to improve and become easier from here on out. I have guest artists booked through December 2021, and once I know I can continue to afford to do the show I will begin reaching out to book guest artists for 2022. My goal is to continue this series through 2022 and to continue to elevate issues like disability culture and resilience through these episodes. I will know that I have succeeded when the show continues and is able to be accessible to all people through closed captioning. My measurable outcome is 52 closed-captioned shows with a growing audience. I will measure growth using YouTube analytics.
