Attendee survey: An estimated two of three attendees reside in a Zip Code where the average HH entertainment expenditure is at least 15% LESS the Twin Cities Metro average. Residents were asked, "On a scale of 1-5, 1 being not at all, 5 being greatly, do you feel the neighborhood benefits from hosting JazzFest?" (response: 4.95/5) and outlying attendees were asked, "On a scale of 1-5, 1 being not at all, 5 being greatly, has the Selby Ave JazzFest assisted to change your perceptions about the neighborhood? (4.26/5).
