Of those who responded to our survey regarding how 'helpful' they found the open captioning, 62% either agreed or strongly agreed that it was helpful and the rest indicated that it was not applicable. We got many positive comments in person from individuals and in the curtain speech prior to most performances, the grant and the equipment were mentioned and on several occasions the announcement solicited applause.
