ACHF Arts Access
We continue to work towards the position of Development Coordinator, provide in person opportunities for Board training, look forward to engaging with the new website, continue to appreciate the added digital presence that Lori has provided, continue to work with the Loose Gravel Music Festival and work to once again connect with our Hmong neighbors to support them in creating celebrations of Hmong history and culture We will follow up with businesses to record anecdotal info about tourist traffic and interests. Also, attendees answering survey questions will have a chance to win free tickets to one of the Wilder Outdoor Theater Events. We will aim for 90% participation in the board training sessions and do pre and post-questions about their attitudes about their Board Membership and purpose individually and as a group. For the website makeover, we will survey ticket purchasers and visitors to the website. We will use Google Analytics to create a clearer picture of our target audience. For new events, we will look at our number of volunteers, number of paid audience members, and our income-expenses sheet, and also provide a survey to rate the event.
The board?s focus is on fiscal responsibility, making sure the production goes well and safely, and is open to new ideas. Over half of the audience used our new website or Facebook for information. Weekly Facebook updates are doing well with 11,500 followers. Livestreams draw 40 to over 300 live viewers. Of 20 community businesses, only 11 had visitors, but we now have a baseline. The bluegrass festival did well with a small crowd and turned out better than expected including 60 new volunteers. We assisted 7 Hmong students in recording 20 interviews & live streaming over 4 hours of the Hmong New Year from Tracy. There is continued interest in developing skills.
