Primary outcomes: the strengthening of our organization with the assistance of a strategic planning consultant, an executive coach, board training and development facilitation resulting in increased financial stability and leadership capacity. The board of directors and staff will review and assess the actual outcomes for the proposed goals and effectiveness of the activities/ as itemized in the proposal budget.
