ACHF Arts Access
A search for a new coordinator will start in the summer of 2021. Booklets will be researched starting late spring/early summer with the intent to use booklets for the concerts. CMYO will reach out to select schools in the Fall to have an outreach tour in winter/spring. A committee from the board will review the coordinator to ensure the duties, position time, and pay is reasonable expectations. Booklets will be researched by a board member and with the new, or interim coordinator from printers. The booklets will be ordered to be used during the November concert cycle. Schools will be contacted in the Fall to schedule tours in the Winter/Spring.
