Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Development of marketing and publicity plans will support Heartland Arts' ability to increase audiences and support for events the arts council, member organizations and prospective members sponsor. Attention will be given to technology that may broaden access beyond those who can be physically present. Contracting with someone to continue grant management, maintain the website and do other work done by volunteers in the past would add stability to Heartland Arts' mission going forward. Evaluation methods include tracking and recording audience numbers and engagement throughout the calendar year to measure any increase and/or determine if organizations' expectations are being met. To measure the second outcome, the focus group will be convened at the end of the calendar year to assess the work that has been done.
