Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

CAS funds support the paid role of ED focused on administrative tasks which allow the BSO Board to shift from a fully working board to a primarily governing board focused on strategic planning, growth, and organizational policy. Evaluation methods include board surveys administered following year 1 and 2 of funding to measure the board's engagement with working with the BSO's paid staff to move the BSO's goals forward.
