Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The outcome of the grant income will be a paid portion of the mortgage on our building. In addition, an established a capital campaign will help make the necessary changes to the building that will facilitate an increase in offerings including puppet workshops/classes, readers theater, theater arts workshops, small productions. Will send surveys twice per year to our theater contacts to ask what classes/workshops they would like offered. Will conduct evaluations of those classes offered after completion to see what's been learned and what improvements are needed. Audience members will be asked to suggest plays they would like to see produced, either as reader's theater or full productions.
