Improve the handicap accessibility and seating in the TRM stage, bring a Minnesota based artist to the Norman County Fair, and improve the lighting in the exhibit building.

ACHF Arts Access
As a result of this program people with mobility issues will be able to easily access performing arts programs taking place on the free stage. Evaluation will occur through follow-up meeting with the fairboard after interviewing audience members on the changes.
