Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a result of City Artworks, people of all ages will be able to experience public art in a format new to the City of Fosston. As this form of art is open to public viewing, it addresses and break down the economic barriers faced in rural communities. Evaluation will occur through participant surveys and individual feedback, regarding their emotional reaction to the work viewed.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Public art creates a space for individuals to engage with their communities. It builds a bridge of communication through gender, age and ethic diversities, providing a safe place for new relationships to start. The City Artworks mural on main street Fosston has been instrumental in accomplishing this goal.
