Continue stabilizing organization's fiscal position following a year of stunted earned revenue due to the pandemic. On-going assessment of finances by staff and board; income vs. expenses meticulously tracked via financial reports and monthly cash flow projections; all nonessential expenses cut; YTT's survival will determine successful outcome. 2: Provide our community with artistic engagement that is safe, inventive and mission-driven. Patrons and artists will be assessed via surveys/interviews; qualitative and quantitative data analyzed; press response; box office data; board and staff interviews.
Yellow Tree Theatre stabilized our fiscal position during the pandemic with the support of government and state grants, sponsorships and donors. Yellow Tree Theatre continued assessing its finances by staff and board; income vs. expenses meticulously tracked via financial reports and monthly cash flow projections and all nonessential expenses cut. 2: Yellow Tree Theatre focused and implemented a safer, more inventive and mission driven Artistic and administrative atmosphere.
